How’s a CS Agent’s workday?
You arrive at nine o’clock in the morning and sit at your workplace with a smoking cup of espresso in the modern office that offers an inspiring view. Together with Torstein & Sanne, you answer questions, solve problems, and tell about the latest deals for the bank customers who log in to the chat or who calls you on the phone. Your task is to make customers feel comfortable, safe and happy. You respond promptly to their requests and monitor incoming cases from customers via email. You care for the company’s good reputation and ensure that customers are satisfied with the response. If you’re a fuss of making your customers feel comfortable, a nice future is waiting for good replacement levels. The management hopes to hear about opinions and views from customers, whereupon you report weekly on your observations.
Even if you are going to work with Norwegian customers, it is highly appreciated if you master more languages. When it does not ring or is empty in the trash, you renew your credit card, review current interest rates on the loan, and review the status of outgoing invoices.

Are you the past familiar with case management systems it is meritorious. You are self-employed and should enjoy working with language and text.
