How’s a customer care agent’s workday?
You will be working in the Nordic customer service team, where you, with colleagues from other departments, will be the first point of contact for players at licensed online casino/sports betting and live casino sites.
Your personality is essential, and a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with the players is encouraged. The sites are supposed to feel like a second living room. The company encourages knowledge development and product insight, where every employee gets involved in the operational part of the business. As a result, everyone feels responsible and helps each other achieve the overall goals.

You who have been working with customer support and service in some way will handle this job just fine. The most important part, however, is your French language skills and sense of detail.
