How’s a Customer Service Agent’s workday?
You will work within the customer support team at an Online Casino site and handle incoming calls, mail and live chats from their Finnish customers. Your personality is important, and we appreciate a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with the players. The site is supposed to feel like a second living room where you come to relax and have fun. The company encourages knowledge development and product insight, where every employee gets involved in the operational part of the business. Who is our new Customer Service Agent?
You who have been working with customer support and service will handle this job just fine. The most important part, however, is your Finnish language skills and sense for details and cultural understanding of the Finnish people.
