How’s a Customer Care Agent’s workday?
You will work in the Nordic customer support team at Online Casino/Sportsbook/Poker sites and handle incoming e-mails and live chats from the customers. Your personality is important, and it is appreciated with a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with the players. The site is supposed to feel like a second living room. You who have been working with customer support and service will handle this job just fine. The most important part, however, is your Dutch language skills and sense for details.
