How’s a Customer Care Agent’s workday?

You will work in the Nordic customer support team at Online Casino/Sportsbook/Poker sites and handle incoming e-mails and live chats from the customers. Your personality is important, and it is appreciated with a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with the players. The site is supposed to feel like a second living room.
